Connecting ATG Connex

Stream live tank readings from your ATG into TankCharts.

ATG Connex links your Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) to TankCharts so every tank updates as often as every 2–5 minutes—no manual readings, and a full report on every delivery.

What you’ll need

  • A claimed site in TankCharts (see Getting Started).
  • Site Manager access for that location.
  • Network reachability to your ATG console.

Setup steps

  1. Open your site and go to the ATG Connex tab.
  2. Add your console connection details.
  3. Map each ATG tank to its TankCharts tank so readings land on the right chart.
  4. Save and confirm the first live reading appears.

What you get

  • Live tank levels refreshed every 2–5 minutes.
  • Delivery reports: product, inches before & after, and gallons dropped.
  • Run-out forecasting that dispatchers can plan against.
